Sahat Parulian has had a long career in the field of commercial law, especially in the Bankruptcy, Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU) and Intellectual Property sectors. Sahat has handled various bankruptcy and PKPU cases both as curator, administrator and attorney for debtors or creditors. Apart from that, he also handles various issues related to intellectual property, namely Trade/Service Marks, Patents, Copyrights and Industrial Designs, including applications, registrations, objections or lawsuits from domestic or foreign Clients.

Sahat Parulian is registered as a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/PERADI), the Association of Indonesian Receivers and Administrators (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia/AKPI), registered Receiver and Administrator at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Indonesian Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (Asosiasi Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual/AKHKI), the Intellectual Property Rights Consultant registered at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and has a Certified Human Resources Professional Certification.
