Tahun 2022 (selanjutnya disebut \u201cPerppu Cipta Kerja\u201d) yang mengubah Pasal 77 Undang-Undang nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan (selanjutnya disebut \u201cUU Ketenagakerjaan\u201d), adalah sektor pertambangan dan pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang jenis dan sifatnya terus-menerus seperti jasa Kesehatan, jasa transportasi, pariwisata, bahwa ketentuan dari pelaksanaan jam kerja tersebut akan diatur dalam Perjanjian Kerja, Peraturan Perusahaan atau Peraturan Kerja Istirahat<\/span><\/h4><div class=\"wdt-heading-content-wrapper\">Selain itu, dalam Pasal 79 ayat (1) dan ayat (2) huruf a UU Ketenagakerjaan mengatur bahwa pengusaha wajib memberikan waktu istirahat class=\"wdt-heading-content-wrapper\">Peraturan perundang-undangan tidak mengatur secara rinci bagaimana pelaksanaan waktu istirahat layaknya waktu kerja dan tidak mungkin memisahkan waktu kerja dengan waktu istirahat karena kedua hal tersebut saling berkaitan. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ketentuan mengenai pelaksanaan waktu istirahat akan diatur kembali dalam Perjanjian Kerja, Peraturan Perusahaan atau Peraturan Kerja Bersama namun sudah menjadi hak pekerja\/buruh untuk mendapatkan waktu istirahat setelah bekerja 4 jam terus menerus.<\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-421b7bb
