  • Preparing the due diligence report from a legal perspective (Legal Due Diligence) and Legal Opinion in connection with the land acquisition by PT PP (Persero);
  • Administrator and Receiver on behalf of Debtor in the name of PT Graha Kirana Megah (In Bankruptcy), one of the Shareholder of PT Lestari Kirana Persada with PT Total Bangun Persada, Tbk., as another shareholder thereof;
  • Legal Attorney for the investor customers as Creditors in submitting bills to PT Emco Asset Management (In Suspension of Debt Payment) and PT Emco Asset Management (In Bankruptcy);
