M. Darwin Syafii Hasibuan

Darwin started his career as a corporate lawyer and has been involved in assisting and representing his clients in various banking and financing, bankruptcy and debt restructuring, foreign and domestic investment, merger and acquisition, energy and mining, infrastructure and construction, commercial transportation, anti-monopoly, property, employment as well as commercial litigation.

Darwin is a registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the Association of Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM), a capital market legal consultant registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Association of Indonesian Curators and Administrators (AKPI), and registered curators and administrators at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

Sahat has had a long career in the field of commercial law, especially in the Bankruptcy, Suspension of Payment (PKPU) and Intellectual Property sectors. Sahat has handled many bankruptcy and PKPU cases both as curator, administrator and attorney for debtors or creditors. Apart from that, he also handles various issues related to intellectual property, namely Trade/Service Marks, Patents, Copyrights and Industrial Designs, including applications, registrations, objections or lawsuits from domestic or foreign clients.

Sahat is registered as member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the Association of Indonesian Curators and Administrators (AKPI), registered curators and administrators at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Intellectual Property Rights Consultant registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and has a Certified Human Resources Professional Certification.
